Family-run Dorset Property Agents Bournecoast have announced that they have reached pole position in Rightmove’s rankings of local agent performance.
They have achieved 1st out of 76 agents for available properties listed by their Lettings department. This is due in part to the incredibly successful launch of their new Westbourne office which has generated an influx of new instructions registered by the residential lettings team.
Bournecoast has been family run for over 40 years, established in 1960 by Major W. G. Webb. Keith Simmons MBE, the Managing Director and Major Webb's son-in-law, has now been joined by his son and daughters, Des Simmons, Veronica Strongman and Anita Smith, who are all directors of the company. More recently the company has seen its income increase by 20% year on year and this trend is set to carry on with the company’s continual investment in staff, training, systems and marketing.
Property Business Manager, Matthew Deakin said: “Bournecoast is passionate about the service it provides to landlords and this latest information from Rightmove just goes to prove that we seem to be getting it right when it comes to building relationships with our clients and nurturing the trust that is consequently invested in us."
