Run by three brothers, the Otley Brewing Company is relaunching the award-winning O6 Porter for January. O6 is a 6.6%, old-style porter with a deep and full flavour. A satisfying beer crafted from four different malts and a single hop, the O6 is one of the company’s best selling beers. Otley is taking orders from the start of January.
Nick Otley, managing director of Otley, said: “The O6 is an old favourite and became one of our best-selling beers since it picked up two awards at the 2009 Great Welsh Beer Festival. It won Gold in the Porters category and a Bronze for overall winner so we’re pleased to be making it available to our customers across the UK.”
The Brewery originated back in 2005 when brothers Nick, Charlie and Matthew Otley had the idea of producing award winning beers the likes of which had not been done in Wales before. They knew they had to do something new and fresh with the visual aspect of the brand as well as the quality of the product itself.
